Irene Khan on IDLO’s work in Afghanistan
Irene Khan explains how the International Development Law Organization tries to promote the Rule of Law in Afghanistan.
Ms Khan is currently the Director-General of the International Development Law Organization. Before this she was Secretary General of Amnesty International (2001-2009).
On June 6th, Irene Khan (Director-General of the International Development Law Organization) gave the Van Vollenhoven Lecture at Leiden University. Bruno Braak interviewed her on the functioning of informal justice systems in Afghanistan.
